The former gristmill, now a luxurious 4-star hotel, charmed me with its authentic features and lush surroundings. The attentive housekeeping and laundry services ensured a comfortable stay, while the complimentary welcome drink set the tone for a relaxing getaway. Exploring the manicured gardens and enjoying views of the river from the terrace truly allowed me to soak up the serene atmosphere created by former managers Annie and François Paul. The free use of bicycles provided a perfect opportunity to roam the picturesque surroundings and discover the rich history of the region.The on-site partner restaurant, Les Jardins du Moulin, offered a delightful culinary experience with the "Dégustation en 7 temps" menu for lunch or dinner. The fine dining and wine tasting added an extra touch of luxury to the stay, making it a memorable escape. Whether with friends, family, or clients, this hidden gem is an ideal place to unwind and reconnect with nature.In conclusion, Hotel Le Moulin exceeded my expectations with its attention to detail, serene ambience, and luxurious offerings.
